Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refund & Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Approved returns may be eligible for:

    • Exchange with another product, or

    • Store credit / Refund (based on store policy at the time of return).

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item received was defective or incorrect).
